Damian Johansen
Founder & Director
I grew up in the Coromandel, and learnt from a young age about Maori foods and medicines through my family's adventure tourism business. I went on to run my own tourism business and have built a good understanding of how nature can heal our bodies.
I became interested in probiotics after meeting and becoming friends with Czerral, the developer of the probiotic superfood formula. Under Czerral's tutorship, I launched my own formula, it was our Original formula and I called it 'Immunity Fuel'.
I am interested in all facets of human health & wellbeing, and have learnt in-depth information from Czerral about natural healing.
As a user of the product for 3 years prior to having my own formula, I can wholeheartedly vouch for its unique ability to maintain good gut health functions. I suffered from a combination of glandular fever, a kidney virus and chicken pox in my 20's and felt my health never fully recovered, however with the help of the probiotic superfood, I regained my energy and vitality, as well as losing weight.

I grew up on a farm in Southern Hawkes Bay, and have a Commerce degree in Marketing and an Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Otago.
After uni I travelled the world for 5 years, returning home and working in the corporate world for 10 years. I then met Damian and together we launched Immunity Fuel together
I now run the website based side of the business including marketing & admin, and you will meet me if you contact us for anything order related!
I love Immunnity Fuel as a product and took it throughout my pregnancy. I found this helped to maintain energy levels and keep me regular, as well as supply all the essential nutrients to the baby to assist growth & development.

Where Immunity Fuel came from...
The formula for Immunity Fuel probiotic superfood was the brainchild of Czerral Wheeler, D.V. Med, MMBM, who lived in Tairua on the Coromandel Peninsula, NZ.
Czerral was interested in and studied nutrition for over 35 years, introducing the first super food, Spirulina, to the world in 1979. Later in 1994 he developed and introduced the first Certified Organic, fermented prebiotic & probiotic superfood, and it is this development that the formula for Immunity Fuel is based on.
Czerral was a probiotics expert and researcher with over 30 years experience in the health food industry working with good bacteria, with a wealth and depth of knowledge about how our bodies function and respond to natural products he set out to develop a results orientated nutritional formula which today is known as Immunity Fuel Probiotic Superfood.
Czerral has shared with Damian a wealth and depth of knowledge about how our bodies function and respond to natural products. He reiterated the view of looking at everything from a natural perspective and that the only way to get well is to go 'back to nature'.
New Zealand is one of the most obese countries in the world per capita and the amount of allergies and health related issues that people are experiencing are increasing exponentially.
However disease is simply the malnutrition of the cells and if we give our cells nourishment with natural nutrients and replace the good bacteria for our immune and digestive system, the body has an amazing ability to repair itself.
